Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using Whispr. Our refund policy is straightforward and designed to be fair.

🕐 Same-Day Cancellation — Full Refund

If you request a refund on the same day as your purchase and have not used any minutes, we will refund you 100% of what you paid, no questions asked.

⏱ Partial Use — Unused Minutes Refunded

If you have used some of your purchased minutes, we will refund you the value of your unused remaining balance. You only pay for what you actually used.

✅ Fully Used Minutes

Minutes that have been fully used are not eligible for a refund. If you experienced a technical issue during your session, please contact us — we will review it and make it right.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@whispr.com with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Legal Note

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws governing prepaid and pay-per-use services, you are entitled to a refund of any unused balance at any time upon request. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
